老板集团是一家成立于2012年的新加坡非营利性组织。十多年来，集团致力于赋能会员并积极回馈社会。作为由中小企业业主组成并为他们服务的平台，老板集团秉持合作共赢与社会责任的精神。通过强大的会员网络，集团积极推动互助支持、商业合作及慈善活动，让本地企业家携手交流、成长，并共同创造积极的社会影响。
Boss Group Limited is a non-profit community organisation based in Singapore, established in 2012. For over a decade, it has been dedicated to empowering its members and contributing meaningfully to society. Formed by and for SME business owners, the group embodies a spirit of collaboration, mutual growth, and social responsibility. Through its strong member network, Boss Group actively fosters peer support, business collaborations, and charitable initiatives — enabling local entrepreneurs to connect, grow, and make a positive impact together.

The alliance with Boss Club Malaysia revitalizes the goodwill and goodwill of SMEs in Singapore and Malaysia. There will be some complimentary activities for the Members can participate that in, exchange and learn from each other, and at the same time let them know more about the philosophy of the Boss Group before inviting them to join.
